Aryzta Food Solutions GmbH

For more than 14 years we have been supporting Aryzta Food Solutions GmbH in their trade fair participations and promotional activities. In the meantime, we have accompanied ARYZTA at 57 trade fairs in Austria and abroad, including Internorga, Intergastra, Intercool, Anuga, Südback, IBA, HOGA, EFT, PLMA Amsterdam and the "Alles für den Gast" trade fair in Salzburg. 
Our service hostesses prepare STARBUCKS™ and Seattle´s Best Coffee, mix Iced Coffee and Frappuccino and are now true experts in the coup de pates® range.
Furthermore, we have mediated and trained the promoters for more than 220 ARYZTA tasting events in food retailing.

Geiger-Notes AG

In 19 years of cooperation with Geiger-Notes AG, we have already successfully implemented many things: from the placement of trade fair personnel to equipment and fully automatic coffee machine rental to customer and crew catering. Always in great demand: our traditional fruit salad for employees. Without this we're not allowed to show our face in the first place.

Kaspar Walter GmbH & Co KG / Heliograph Holding

The approx. 400 guests of Heliograph Holding experienced a real brass band, beautiful Dirndl, traditional "Helles" as well as wheat beer, wine, prosecco and a variety of Bavarian delicacies served as a modern flying buffet at the stand party within the drupa Trade Fair 2016. A tree trunk, with which the guests could take part in nailing competitions, and lovely decorations rounded off the evening.
With so much planning and organisation, we were particularly pleased with the praise from the board of directors: "Best drupa party ever".

Bierbaum-Proenen GmbH & Co. KG

We have supported Bierbaum-Proenen at trade fairs for over 10 years, and have already successfully implemented many things: we provide event managers, equipment and coffee machines and deliver warm and cold food for the BP crew and their customers.

During the A+A fair, Bierbaum-Proenen invited their customers and partners to a mojito party on two evenings. Guests were treated to finger food and cocktails: traditional and exotic raspberry and vanilla mojitos.

In close cooperation with the organisation team of codecentric AG and as a full team member we planned, prepared and accompanied the five conference days in the Pullman Hotel Cologne with 220 international guests participating. We were responsible for sponsor support, exhibition space, guest management and evening events. A special highlight was the Conference Dinner Party on the "Rheinfantasie" of the KD fleet.

Riding a roller coaster between IT lectures? What sounded like a childhood dream to the community of Java developers, became reality with the 1st JavaLand conference in March 2014: two days at Phantasialand Brühl, exclusive use of the most exciting rides, plus lectures, workshops, networking and much more.
For our customer codecentric AG we took over the entire project management for the platinum sponsoring partnership, including the implementation of our own 2-day conference track as well as the construction of the 12 sqm sponsor stand in the Expo.

With a total of ten multilingual hosts and hostesses, we supported the Notifier/Honeywell exhibitors at the two-storey exhibition stand in the areas of information desk, service, bar and kitchen, including the management of the restaurant area with 120 seats.

Medica Trade Fair Düsseldorf, 2006-2012

Minntech B.V. 

For our longtime customer Minntech B.V., we took on the entire project management at Medica, including booking hotels and arranging restaurant visits and evening events. Our multilingual hostesses received customers and saw to their well-being at the booth during the trade fairs.
